Somehow I am missing an entire wolf pup

I just recently traded for her and even renamed her now she is no longer in my lair. What is going on.
the trade is in my messages so I can prove that. but OMGS! Help
also just checked but the pup I traded for her is also residing in this weird circumstance

Did you and your trade partner both click "Claim"? There should be a button under their images, which you need to click for them to transfer into your den.
Yes, we both claimed there is confirmation of said claims in the messages. I had this pup for hours before she disappeared. She was renamed, moved to the second den and given a frog that she played with at the very least twice today. but now and the other wolf pup that was traded for her are both missing
side note her companion is in my inventory though so how it detached by itself is beyond me

of a headscratcher! I would send a ticket to Support for help on this
one, it seems like the server might have had a weird blip or something?
Especially if it's affecting both of the pups.
Thank you just finished that ticket up and sent it along. Still flipping out and now constantly counting my wolves lol
Messages also says I confirmed the trade twice, which may be the source of the issue, even though I didn’t do that! What an odd glitch??

my only guess is that I may have went back a tab, though your double tab theory may be right. I wouldn’t suggest doing it though, you lose a pup!
