Cooking and Crafting are both sharing the same problem currently in that there are a large number or Recipes, but they are organized poorly and make it very difficult to look though.

Suggestion for both: add a search to allow users to type in and filter for what recipe they want.

Cooking:

• Keep the seperation between complex vs simple recipes but then condense the lists to a dropdown. You'd select a recipe from the dropdown list, and it displays the ingredients below once selected.
• Consolidate Recipes that result in the same item (For example: cooked betta, show the ingredients as 1 Dragon Betta OR 1 Midnight Betta)
• Possibly filter recipes by food group? (Meat, fish, veggie, fruit, etc?)

Crafting:

• Seperate recipes into catagories, preferablly with different "tabs" you can click on to display that catagory only.
• Basic Materials: Bone Paste, Yarn, Leather strips
• Jewery: All the earrings/Peircings
• Clothing: Scarves
• Armor: All the armors/swords
• Tools: Pickaxes and Wheels
• Special: Moonstones, Flourescent Amulet

I've been thinking this same thing - at some point we're going to have to scroll through pages of recipes and that's going to be crazy tedious. Let's make parent folders!

I say "lets" recognizing that I have no skills with which to do this - but I'm enthusiastic about the idea!

Yeaaah I'm a big fan of the new recipes but the cooking page is really challenging now, especially on mobile.

You could split the complex recipes by rarity level of the end product. They are already actually listed this way--just need a little separation between them.

Not a fan of a dropdown list, cause I often have difficulty finding the specific one I'm looking for in the long list of tiny words. I'd much rather they add filter and search options. Not just groups of food (heck, considering the more complex recipes combinding veggies and meat this might not work as well), but by level, by complexity, by name, by amount of stamina it gives.

The idea to consolidate the recipes with the same outcome in theory sounds nice, but considering that clicking it autoselects the right items, this might cause issues since there is two potential recipes to choose from. If it can happen, it'd be great though, cause that'd already saves some space.

Perhaps also the option to favourite a specific recipe (that can easily be turned on and off) to have a recipe be listed at the top automatically when visiting the page for easy access.

The ones suggested for crafting seem logical, although perhaps also add the possibility to favourite a specific recipe, and more search filter options as I mentioned for cooking (rarity, level, time required, etc. etc.)

Yeah, some sort of reorganization could be very good, especially now with more stuff in the game!

yeah there needs to be some kind of better organisation. i don't know what would be best, but there's gotta be something added because otherwise as time goes on things are gonna get really complicated.

This is another thing that would be better taken care of now, while the lists of things are still relatively short.

Tabbed boxes within the page itself to divide categories would be nice, and reduce the need for needless page refreshing, but I'd be a little concerned about their scalability-- that could be solved by allowing pages within those tabs, but you'd probably still need a search box anyway to narrow things down? That could look quite nice and tidy without making everything so small as to be illegible though, so long as they keep the bg colors behind the text alternating like they do now.

yes support. it is driving my eyes crazy especially because the recipes aren't even alphabetically listed.

Support, would also love to be able to sort or filter recipes by ingredients used. ie. I want to be able to quickly see all recipes that use Brown Rice

yes please, i'm finding myself wanting this especially for crafting right now. navigating the recipe list is a nightmare, i understand it's organized by level but i don't think mashing everything together on one long page is a good way to do it. i'd love to see it separated into categories. materials, jewelry, clothing, etc. would be great.

100 Percent support this! I would love to see it sorted by material used for crafting? Like all the Lorium recipes grouped in one tab, all the Silver in a tab, that sorta of thing.
