Recently, I encountered a situation where an individual expressed interest in trading for one of the CAs, yet I possess only one remaining for personal use. Despite the availability of the CA for purchase on the market, I am unable to retrieve an additional copy from the stock for personal use. Consequently, I propose that, upon approval, players be granted the ability to retrieve a copy from the market at any time, provided that at least one copy remains available.
