"How original, another thread about referral, why not just support the other existing thread?" I know I know, but this is quite serious.
On Flight Rising I posted my referral link and promised like a "starter pack" where I would offer new players a wolf and all the things they would need to begin their exploration of Loria in exchange of referral point. Someone did join, but I couldn't see because my post has been removed from FR's mods as my post was considered in violation of spam code of conduct, under the "advertising". I've seen also other posts taken down.
So this is even more a pressing argument to modify an aspect of this referral points system, for we can't even ask people to join using our referral link on other petsites! And I already (personally) convinced all my friends irl to join, so there is literally no way for many players to obtain these exclusive goodies.
Now I wish for 2 things:
- To know who joined with my referral link so I can give what I promised I would, I'm quite upset I'm not able to be true to my word because it's against my morals. At least indicate the ID of the player that joined? Especially if people will post their referral link on big platforms like Tumblr, Instagram or Facebook etc.
EDIT: I MANAGED TO FIND MY PERSON :D - That something is done, let it be past referrals or friendship points, or whatever other players suggested.
