So I enjoy the campaign and I guess? I have good luck finding WWs? -knocks on wood- So I was wondering what type of interest (if any) there would be in giving me fodder for WWs I find while leveling said fodder in return.

There are two methods I was looking at:

One would be you give me X fodder and I give you whatever WWs I find in the rounds it takes me to level the fodder. Could be zero, could be five. I get to keep the fodder as payment but you get the WWs. If you get zero I could probably tack on some knucklebones as a consolation prize based on how many fodder you gave me (2 per wolf? More than if you released it at least, I could also maybe have it be a choice between WWs or Knucklebones before I level the fodder now that I’m pondering it. Hm.)

Second way would be you get the fodder and the WWs (if they drop) but you pay me via food/MS/Pebbles etc instead. Which is definitely something I’d want to workshop more since thats a lot of,,, things to factor in (I still have to be profitable).

I enjoy the first option more because I hate figuring out a bunch of different currency rates xD but I was curious on if ppl were even interested in this sorta thing so I’d appreciate some feedback! This would obviously include if I got a double/triple/quadruple/etc WW while leveling your fodder you’d get it.

I think this is a unique idea, and I'd personally be interested.

I like both methods, though the first method seems easier to sort out ahead of time with a user vs the second one - unless you choose to do flat rates before even leveling the fodder. Second way might be more profitable too, though there's a lot more to factor in as you've said.

Either way, definitely is something I think some users would be interested in. I'll have to keep an eye out for if you choose to go forward with the idea. c:

Seeing your WW hunting thread was actually what got this idea knocking around in my brain while I was leveling my fodder, so in a way you contributed to this idea. Congrats xD

If I decide to pursue this and set up a shop thread I can definitely give you a ping if you want! I’d probably go with the first option if ppl are actually willing to give me fodder on those terms. I like to keep things simple ^^;

Now asking more to anyone who might see this in general:

1) Would 2 kb per fodder wolf be a fair trade to you if no WWs dropped? (Curious on opinion + I have some tests I need to run)

2) If you didn’t like the WWs you got, would you resubmit them as fodder as soon as you could, or would you want to keep them regardless?

I’m asking the second one to know if I made a shop if I should make it be streamlined to where a person could look at the WWs they got in my den after I finish with the fodder and shoot me a DM on if they wanted to put those WWs in the fodder queue for another round of leveling.

Also if anyone sees this idea and wants to give it a try themselves I’d love a ping to help support (by giving you my personal fodder obviously, or maybe food!)

As for your other questions -

1) I think 2KB per fodder in the event there are no wws befriended is a fair trade. Especially considering that you only get the 1KB per wolf release.

2) I'd probably keep mine regardless, instead of re-foddering them. I have a heavy preference for G1 wolves though, so the clean start line heavily outweighs maybe not getting the best color combo on a wolf.

I really like this idea! I'd absolutely use it, considering I have such abysmal luck with wws. Since the kb update, I've never even had enough encounters to get 50 kb, never mind get any wws from it. All mine bar the first two from before the update are bought. XD

I love this idea and would probably use it! 2KB would be a nice as I have horrendous luck with WWs
