Every time/timer is two hours off

Every time or timer two is hours ahead. Puppy timer, LW time, daily activities, weekly activities, breeding cool downs, everything! Please fix this ASAP.

P.S. This happens on Google on Windows 10 Pro

(You can see the activities timer and the LW time.)

(same with the cooldown on this. It's supposed to be 15 minutes. It shows 2 hours and 15 minutes)
