Does the armour apparel have a use (better battle maybe?) Or is it just cosmetic?

Where can i get yoghurt? Can i craft or cook it myself?

Where can i get sugar canes? And where can i get salt?

1) cosmetic

2) mole market or campaign grinding at certain levels

3) same as #2 (MM or grind for salt, MM only for sugar cane)

@Bluefox to be more specific, the salt and yoghurt can be found in the very first Goldsea Area, called Othenia; the endless steppe. When you click on that area, and scroll the to the bottom you'll see an overview of all the scenarios available in that area. Specifically Cooking: Find Ingredients is the one that can yield salt, yoghurt and many other desirable cooking ingredients.
