The links in the announcement header aren’t color changed or underlined which makes it impossible to see.
Every link on site should be underlined, and I would love for them to be a different color than black, since you can underline text already. If I’m underlining for effect you can’t tell if it’s a link or not. Although you can color change text (I think?) it would be less widely used.
