I completed a trade with someone and they sent 5 moonstone. But when i collected it, it didnt go into my balance. I've tried closing and opening the browser and changing between areas of lw to get it to update, but it wont?

Has anyone else had this problem?

i also sent a support ticket. even though they may not get to it until monday or tuesday

It might be worth double-checking that it's not claimable in your notifications! Terribly inconvenient bug if not D:

i've never had a trade be claimable from my notifs before. it just tells me "new message from". im starting to think i maybe clicked too fast and it bugged out??

@LittlePerson Hi there! Support Ticket is the best way to go for issues with missing currency or items. They'll be able to investigate this to see if this is a bug. Just to double-check, were you sent moonstones or moonstone shards? Moonstone shards would go directly to your inventory. May I also have your browser and device that you were using when the moonstones went missing? Thank you!

i did send in a ticket, tho that was friday. and i collected on a galaxy s20 with the firefox browser app if i remember right

also, the last time i sent in a missing ms ticket, it never got answered. i think its been a month since that one

Hi, I believe this has happened to me as well. I made a trade for two pups for 40 MS and that was 21 hours ago and my pups are gone but no moonstones. I used my laptop on google chrome.
