EDIT: ah, I misunderstood the problem; yes, the winning entries are going to be available for pebbles, but for people wanting to print their own entries afterwards that they were either late to submit for or that didn't win, they have to pay for them fully like normal CA.

In that case, I fully agree the entries should be discounted for people looking to use the templates to sell! Maybe put a price cap on them if that's a concern, but I really don't think it would be. :/

@Reave, ya thats the issue! winners get theirs submitted for free, but there are a lot of other cool entries that people want and the ms cost to do that is just too much for a non-custom item!
