I was able to leave and restart the 'locked' game and have been able to play with no issues since! I'm not sure what the hiccup was, but it seems to be working totally fine now. Thank you! :D

Same problem here, have tried on Chrome and Firefox and clearing history cache and still not working for me.

- Please take a screenshot of your Team, round, health and the Icerun Arena shop.

- Afterwards, can you manually leave the Icerun Arena game you are in by clicking on the Leave Game button in the top right and tell me if that fixes Arena for you, please? Thank you!

I haven't had any issues until the last hour or so. I got it to reload and let me play another round like 2 or 3 times but now it is just stuck...

Just here to quickly report that I have had this issue on and off since the event began, I just thought it was my internet (I am Australian and our internet infrastructure is not as fast as many other countries) until today.

It mainly occurs for me when the Arena resets to a new game, so effectively on round 0. I have tested it with no companion on my team and with the event pangolin, and it did resolve when I clicked Leave Game and then restarted Arena.

I use Firefox for desktop.

Also a new game for me, I selected a companion, hit the button to start, and am stuck on loading dots forever.

I use firefox 121.0.1 (64-bit) for desktop on a windows 11 pc.

Leaving the game and starting again DID fix it, but here are the images in case it helps isolate the issue.

Just started encountering this myself tonight. Started towards the end of my previous Arena and has been consistent throughout this one. I'm SO CLOSE to finishing my Icerun season pass, so it's been aggravating getting stuck when I could be farming tickets.

This recent Arena match, it started endlessly buffering on the first few rounds, got stuck around 12 for a really long time (had like 80-something health at that point, in case stats are relevant) and the only way I could progress was by rearranging my team one or more times and refreshing several. I'm currently stuck on round 17. No amount of refreshing or reordering is helping. Tested it on Chrome, Firefox, and Opera as well as my mobile browser which is just the regular Samsung browser. No dice. It's persistent across all browsers and devices so it definitely looks like a site issue.

I'm stubbornly refusing to leave the game at this point because I have a party full of 3-stars and I'm only three or four battles away from winning.

I've had a couple of good rounds yesterday, but I encountered this bug as well during my latest round. I thought waiting some hours would fix it, but it hasn't. I've tried on Ecosia (mobile) and Firefox (desktop).
