Well, folks . . . I've birthed my last litter of Christmas puppies the other day and finally got a chance to sit down and wrap up the thread. I think the second one is my favorite, with the third one following as a close second.
After nine months and 227,700p spent, we've reached the end of my lineage project! This was a really fun breeding experiment and was a good way to keep myself active in the forums. I got some really stunning puppies along the way and was really excited to see the pelts and color combos I would end up with. It was always really exciting seeing rarer markings and breeds persist, but it was even more exciting when a perfectly Christmasy or nice Fawn pup would become the next heir.
I'm really looking forward to starting a new lineage project for Halloween, and I hope to see you guys just as interested in that next project as you were in this one.

Now . . . what am I going to do with all the wolves from the project? Well, I'm keeping my progens, obviously. I love them a lot and may try another go at a Christmas Legacy Breeding Project in the future, who knows? I'm also keeping Noel. I love the red-green-and-white palette on her too much to give her up. I ALMOST kept Holly Deer, but I need to stop myself from keeping too many wolves. . .
As for the remaining wolves from each generation. . .
Each person who commented on this thread will be allowed to pick TWO free wolves!
The remaining ones will be raffled off in THREE weeks (to be set up later--I'm not sure how many I'll be raffling yet) and then the rest will be sold/released in the last week to make room for my next project!
