Companion guide/how to obtain?

Hello! It's been a while since I've played super regularly. Is there an up to date guide on the list of all companions and where/how to get them?

Or, more specifically, how Sunstriker Torcine/Shadowstalker Torcine, as well as the companions that look like Spinosaurs, are obtainable? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Most of the guides are out of date, I think... Not a ton of people cataloguing things or making new/updated guides.

However; the torcines (and pinchers) are from the regular/pvp arena that's available year-round, and the spinosaur-lookin guys (thrashers) are from the fishing week that rolls around every few weeks.

I've got a companion synergy guide . . . seeing as how most other companion guides have been abandoned, I wonder if I should add a field like this to my guide, or if that'd clutter it. . . Hmm.
