You cannot give away your first wolves, nor can you remake them. The only time you're able to create any new wolves from scratch exactly how you want them is at the creation of your account.
If you want to shake things up, you could always acquire one of the besprinkler items from the Mole Market to change all of their colors randomly. Note that you cannot pick the colors, and you can't go back if you get something you don't like. It's risky, but some people have fun with it.
