[SOLVED] Where to find kelp?

I've been playing for a while at this point, but because there's no database I am still unsure if I'm missing some item drop locations lol. The guides I usually use don't list kelp, or I missed it. Does kelp drop from any professions or campaign or is it just Mole Market? Thanks for any replies.

I've still got a few dozen Nigiri cookable, but if you don't mind I could always use some ^^ I'm not a huge fan of fishing haha. Going to be cooking lots with the Nori.
