Well hi!

I'm a player coming from FlightRising for funsies, don't know what much to say! I guess I'd be interested in any tips anyone would have for a newbie that already does get the basic concept of websites like these ^^! any sort of advice helps even if it's simple <3

Hello and welcome! Your starter wolves are super cute. ^^ A great place to begin is at your Achievements under your Den tab. There are a lot of starter achievements that will sort of direct you around the site to see all of the various professions and activities. Plus you'll be rewarded with currency and apparel.

Wolves, companions, and stamina are the name of the game when it comes to prepping for the Campaign (the LW version of coli). You can buy companions from the MM. Thumbs at the Cooking profession will help you keep your wolves fed -- Fishing is great at giving you raw fish for Thumbs to cook. And finally, more wolves = greater ability to do stuff. I see you already posted in a free wolf thread, so that's great! Expanding your pack will help you take over Loria.
