it has been twelve business days since i submitted my support ticket to alter the base art on May 26th, and i happen to know someone who got support only one day after they sent in the ticket on Jun 6th. Can you please look into this?
@Vaby Hi there, Vaby! I've gone and checked this up for you. The Support Team is working on getting this updated with the new files. I've been informed that it may take up to a month as they must defer a CA replacement to the Coding Team to fix it.
Hi! I wanted to ask if there were any updates on when my redesigned sumi markings and brush were going to be updated with the new art I sent through email a while ago? Been waiting to relist them when they get updated but haven't heard anything back since the last email reply I got.
