Hello! My Cream Cover-Up apparel was rejected, and “Please edit the edges of this piece so that it can function as a standalone item” was the reason given. What does this mean exactly, and how can I fix this?
Also, since you rejected the item, I literally do not have the option to resubmit it or make any changes to it. Do I have to completely redo the submission? :/
Hi there, I just checked in with the CA Support Team. It looks like the Rejection was an error and was meant to be sent for Rework. You will need to submit this item again, but we'll be on the lookout for its resubmission.
From what I can see here, your item will need the following in its rework:
- Remove the excess black lines not attached to the marking
- Adjust the edges of the marking to align with our 1.17. Designs must loosely fit within the overall style of Lorwolf. This means to feather, blend or refine the edges of the markings so they may layer independently and on top of other markings cohesively.

@WolfByte Hi there! It's because the fine edges of the lines double up when layering. So, if a player wanted to use multiple markings to create a unique coat pattern, if all the patterns had excess lines, they would get really chunky on the wolves. We try to minimise this by cutting out the excess lines. Hope that helps answer your question.
