I was wondering if it would be possible to receive a bit more clarification on the rejection of Beach Bum? It was rejected under CA rule 1.17, but that's all the information that was given. I tend to experiment with a lot of different styles and would really appreciate a few specifics on why the CA was rejected so that I can avoid repeating the same mistake on future custom apparel items.

@Elextra Hello there! Thank you for using the CA Support Thread. The combination of the sticker border, blurry cloud cutouts and torn paper waves created a style very close to a photorealistic scrapbook effect around the frame. Hyper-realism, photorealism, repeating patterns and the use of heavy textures are usually factors that are denied. I hope that helps!

Hi again, thank you for the reply! I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to get back with me. Respectfully, I hope you don't mind if I ask a few more questions as I'm still a bit confused regarding the rejection. Between the lack of shadows and large swaths of color used to represent the sky and mountains I'm not sure I'm following the idea that background is photorealistic. For reference, a few of the images I used for inspiration can be found here, here, and here. They are all very basic cartoon beach scenes, which was the intent behind the background. In general sense my art is pretty heavily based in a cartoon/collage style. Would removing/reworking the border essentially eliminate the problem?
