This CA was approved months ago so I don't know if this is too late, but can I submit slightly adjusted art for Female Kits on my Jade Druid Lantern CA? I noticed that the grass is not positioned correctly.

hi quiche ^^ I'm wondering if this version of a "furby" would be acceptable to submit? I tried to make it a bit different (no face plate, added cheek buttons, :3 shaped beak, heart shaped sensor, added earfluff, no eyelashes), but if it's still too close to an original furby please let me know what else I could do to differentiate them!

• If you're ever worried about whether an item looks too much like another, first check out the silhouette of your item. If you can tell that your item is still a Furby, then it is too close to the original and would fall under copyright.
  
• Consider changing the shape of the ears, feet, beak/mouth and even the body shape itself to break the silhouette. Adding a tail, wings, or other additions or held items also helps with breaking the silhouette. For example:
