Today's track is longer than usual, so after you check in with today's racers, you should go enjoy the Wintermarkt being set up by the other fans.
There will be food everywhere... Oh, Orrin please bolster my appetite for all the goodies I want to eat! I think I can smell the raclette stand already... And pie, pretzels, and cookies...?

The racers are at the starting line, snorting and pawing at the ground in excitement. The candy canes in their mouths are ready to be wielded in defense of their fortune they carry to the new year: who will win Mush 1 and who will be the Caboose?
THEY'RE OFF!
Peace and Health are in the lead, with Fame close behind. Joy seems a bit stuck at the starting line... wait, is he just chewing his cane!?
Peace wacks at Health with their cane, but Health returns the blow tenfold and sprints further ahead.
Hearing the murmurs of confusion from the crowd, Joy finally mushes off to catch the other racers. The track is about five miles long and the Minimoose disappear over a hill and out of sight within a few minutes.
...
About an hour later, Health appears on the horizon with Peace still close in second place! As Health sprints across the finish line with a triumphant bugle, Fame appears on the horizon. And the Caboose...?
Joy appears a few minutes later, cresting the hill at a relaxed trot. The candy cane is almost gone, but not from battle: from being eaten!
