She was napping peacefully, nestled into the roots of a cherrywood tree at the outskirts of the Enchanted Wood, when a delicate tickling sensation on her nose awoke her with a sneeze. Clover blinked in surprise, startled at the ethereal, shimmering form hovering just breaths in front of her. As she softly rose to her paws, the spirit fluttered slowly into the forest, a faint magical shimmer hovering briefly in its wake. Clover shifted nervously, looking first to the safety of the Evergloom Forest then back towards the boon now disappearing further into the Wood.
The Enchanted Wood buffered the forests of Darkspine from the chaos creeping forth from Mistvale's shadows. Even young pups knew to resist the mesmerizing allure of the magic emanating from the trees within... the same trees brimming with the luster of Mika's magic now dipped their roots in Korvo's curse, and any disturbance could shift the delicate balance between Chaos and magic... but the boon! No decent devotee would dare turn down Mika's own messenger...
