While originally wandering around, Alden was suddenly tossed up onto Orion's back, who wasted no time galloping towards the herd and injured wolves, arriving just in time to see Salvia deal a critical blow and appreciate her creativity. In a dangerous play, Alden tells Orion to keep going and help the injured, and when they near the Consumed Deer, he (quite stupidly) jumps off of Orion's back, landing square on top of the Deer and immediately sinking his entire body down.

@Renoisie Alden leaps from Orion's back and slams down upon Consumed Deer! The creature bucks and thrashes, but Alden holds tight. He may not be the best fighter, but he refuses to give up. Eventually the Consumed Deer flings him away, but fortunately Orion was there to soften his fall. The Consumed Deer is growing exhausted now that it is singled out and can no longer hide amongst the pack.

Sylvaen de Vernimières was patrolling along, paws cold from the freezing ground, snow lightly dusting his back. Beside him fluttered an Ivory Snowloon, its sharp eyes scanning the area. With a screech, it spotted the activity at the same time Sylvaen smelled the notable stench of the Consumed. He sprinted forward, pulling his sword from its sheathe and baring his teeth. Snow flew from where he skidded to a stop, facing off the Consumed with a snarl. Above him, his companion joined the flock of Snowloons pelting the Consumed with sharp beaks and sharper claws.

Three Healer, one Support, two Protector

@Lunar Howlers Sylvaen de Vernimières arrived with blade drawn and teeth bared. He and his companion faced the monster alone to give the others a moment of respite. It was a grueling duel, but the he and his companion fought in perfect unison. The Consumed monster won't let up, but with every moment its will to fight diminishes.
