A literal dream, as in while I was sleeping, not dream as in hope lol. Most of the dream wasn't lw related, but at one point I checked lw in my dream and there had been a new feature added. It was like a pattern/gene thing, but it affected fur shape not color. It was just called "Wet" and it made the wolf's fur droop like it was soaking wet.
The art itself was kinda fun, a little silly, but the thing that made the dream memorable was that Wet was incredibly controversial. Like, arguments in the forums, people saying "I won't sell you pups if you're going to dump water on them!", other people making all their wolves Wet and arguing that it was the best thing lw had ever made, super divisive. I was just looking through the forum wondering why everyone was so passionate about the wolves being wet.
I so badly wanted a five hour video essay about it, but alas, it was a dream.
