I’ve already said elsewhere I think we have room for some retweaking, but I actually think this will be less of an issue for seasonal than I originally expected because seasonal inherently has you switching between seasonal arena and campaign, auto explore counting for some activities, and more battle encounters already during seasonal. That doesn’t mean no fine tuning will be needed especially for seasonal, just that on reflection it probably won’t be as dramatic as I originally might have guessed.

I’m still super confused about your thoughts about food. Food has been effectively infinite once you get past the early game hurdle since before the original cooking changes fearmongering started. I’m always telling new players it’s not possible for them to use up more food than I can provide* so never feel bad asking for food. And the changes to campaign currently make food even less of an issue: if you campaign slower, your wolves have more time to recharge stamina. The saved parties allow you to more easily switch between groups to get fresh wolves in. Those aren’t the big ones but are worth noting. The biggest is that food is dropping even more plentifully with NG+ so my food supply is growing even faster now despite me campaigning more than ever.

There’s also several free food threads and food being sold on the markets, so if your playstyle involves no real collection of food you may want to check those out. I don’t know what else to say if you’re imposing limits on yourself that are making food an issue, but I will need you to explain better if that isn’t an accurate description of why food is a problem for you.

*The one exception to the impossibility of outpacing the food supply would be if you’re just throwing food in the trash with Seasonal Gauntlet, which honestly I do because I always want just one more level but I limit it to certain stacks of food. I guess if you’re selling food to Marvin that would also obviously drain you but I think we’re all on the same page that probably isn’t your problem 😂

Can I ask where in NG+ you're getting the higher food drops? And isn't it only for auto exploration?

@Fangs I am getting higher food drops everywhere, specifically via manual explore! Auto-explore is giving some food but not enough to fuel campaigning off of. Not every single encounter has higher rewards (the raspberry encounters still only give one of each raspberry), but the ones that do seem to drop an extra item for every NG+ level. So at NG+3 my isopod encounters are each giving 5 isopods at a time instead of the normal 2.

Hm...Mine must be glitched or something because it's maxed out at 3 stars and it's still giving me the same old stuff. The auto-explore is also turning up with only 1k pebbles and maybe a moth if I'm lucky...

@Fangs advancing in NG+ level by completing the story line is a much bigger difference in rewards than advancing in star level for an area. I am currently on NG+3 which is where I’m seeing these results. It seems like the item drops increase by one with each NG+ tier. I don’t think we have enough data yet from various players to get a good analysis of the exact impact of stars vs NG+ tiers but definitively advancing through the campaign story line seems to be the best way to maximize output. It also has a slight bonus to Koda fishing currently (only first fish caught per claim, but gives bonus XP), so I don’t think the Sitewide benefits are fully implemented yet but am suspecting we may see more integration of the increased rewards with other areas of the site over time.
