Some art help with a bearskin cloak?

Okay, how do I fix this? Because I need to, it is causing me pain, and I can’t find any references…

My only idea is moving the bear’s front paws back down, but that would make the neck too long. And I want the cloak to be actually similar to the wolf I’m drawing’s, even if it is a bear-themed twist…

Maybe make the snout doop down a little, make it seem like some parts of the cloak is cut of raggedly, and also make the paws droop?

Here's how I would solve it! Keep in mind I'm leaning towards realism though, so if you want a different style, you might have to tweak some things. You might also want to move the paw that's coming around even lower (I was too lazy to go back and edit it haha), but you get the general idea.
