Long story for why ~ (TLDR someone could be collecting these i reel bad yeeting em)
I hatch/pick up cheap doggos for fodder and keep ending up with dogs that are either mini/partail/full Pali's or other special ID puppies and I can't free them. They're not the kind of ids I collect, but I know someone might like them. And once you free them, they're gone from the game forever. So I'd like to give them a chance to go to a home for free. And be loved, over me permanently deleting them from the game's playable history.
