Daug Haus Fashion Studio was built for the fashionistas of Loria by the lovely Rue Paws of fashion fame. About 3 months ago, the staff put on a dress up contest to celebrate. Today, the staff is hosting another to celebrate pride month, and you are invited!

Wild Wolf models are currently being assembled at the studio, where they have already collected a gorgeous collection of Custom Apparel, as well as everyday rainbow apparel. Designers will go out alongside the hosts to befriend willing models (since in honor of pride month, we'll be aiming for all June wolves), and send them on their way to the fashion studio once they agree.

Once there are enough, designers (that's you!) will then be paired with a WW and a CA. You'll have about a week and a half to craft, buy, build, find, trade, etc. the best outfit possible, while still managing to celebrate pride.

Designers will then judge their fellow designers' outfits. The designers with the highest number of points will win! All designers will keep their WW and CA from the event, but the highest ranked designers have a chance to win:

Rules & Info

1. Post in this thread with your intent to enter by Jun 4th.
2. Designers will be placed in a randomized order then select their model WW.
3. Next, designers will select their CA in reverse order. The first designer to choose a wolf will be the last designer to choose a CA.
4. Once your model and CA are in your paws... dress them up!

Schedule of Events:

• June 1-7th: Model hunting
• June 4th: Last day to sign up as a designer.
• June 7th Rollover: Designers randomized and model selection begins.
• As soon as model selection is done, CA selection will start.
• June 10th: DAUG HAUS: Gaw Pawtay is open for designers! Use this thread to chat with designers and swap apparel, ideas, and themes.
• June 20th: Present your model! Judging begins.
• July 1st: Judging finished and points tallied.
• July 2nd: Scores posted, winners revealed, prize distribution begins.
• July something-th: Prizes distributed and contest over! 💝
• July even more something-th: Tier 2 announced and distributed. (forgot whoopsies)

Salutations, designers!

A designer has kindly asked for a list of the challenges, and so I shall provide!

Day 1: Favorite food, favorite color, etc.

Day 2: Theme song

Day 3: Matching companion

Day 4: Limerick (five-line AABBA rhyme scheme poem)

Day 5: Backstory (basically lore)

Day 6: Max level model (level 10)

Day 7: Portrait (any levels of detail)

Day 8: Get them a date~ (or friend, but wolf)

Day 9: Creature apparel

Day 10: Title based on lore (Edit name, Custom pronouns)

Hi fashionistas! Daug Haus: Gay Pawtay is open. Please post here to confirm your interest in joining the contest by Jun 4. Model selection will begin on Jun 7 once we have confirmed the designer list and obtained all the models! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. But I hope things are clear enough! ^^

What can I do with my model and CA?

• Your model MUST wear the CA you selected.
• You may NOT sprinkle the body colors of your model.
• Name changes are allowed.
• Editing the model's bio is allowed.
• Eye sprinkles are allowed.
• Pattern changes are allowed.
• Breed changes are allowed.
• Sex changes are allowed.
• Exclusive or retired apparel pieces are allowed.
• Other CAs are allowed.
• Working with others is allowed.

✨ This dress up contest is for fun and silliness. Imagine we are together in a fashion workshop sewing outfits and we will show off our designs at the end of the day. We will judge each other and give out oodles of points. Just have fun dressing your model! ✨

Tier 1:

1. Theme: Does the theme of the wolf give off a feeling of pride? Does it work?
2. Patterns & Color: Are all the wolf's colors visible? Are patterns well used? Use of plain?
3. Styling: The outfit itself: items, matching, layering, use of CA.

Tier 2:

1. Lore: How well-written is the lore?
2. Companion: How much is the companion integrated into the lore?
3. Art: How well-drawn is the art?

Designers will show off their own wolves and judge the wolves of others with the instructions above. The higher the points, they better you think that designer did with their model! Once the judging period is over, I'll tally up all the points and announce the winners.

Winners will pick their prize in order of placement.

Are you ready to dress your models, designers!? DAUG HAUS couldn't call itself a fashion studio unless it was overflowing with supplies. Use this thread to speak with other designers in the studio and exchange items, apparel, companions, and more. I have, not much, but also not few, rainbow site apparel I can donate.
