I personally am writing my lore in the story-esque style too, albeit in a weird way (mostly dialogue with a couple of second-person bits throughout, ala video games)! It won’t affect my judging whether you do it in either style, so it’s up to you as far as I am concerned.

Okay, may I include darker topics in my writing for these challenges? I'm planning on including a content warning and enclosing the entire thing in a details block, like the one below, so that you can't read it if you don't want to and there is NO chance of reading it on accident.

It shouldn't be any worse than any xenofiction book (Warriors, Wings of Fire, I'm looking at you!), and is entirely SFW and non-graphic, but mentioned/dwelled on.

What are these topics?

The main one is the lost eye, but death and eldritch horrors are also included.

If these are not allowed, please tell me and I will not include these topics at all.

Sunset happily trotted to the front of the room, bumping along a wheeled easel with a canvas covered by a fabric, stopping once he got there and turning to face the designers. "Hello everyone! Today's challenge is to draw a portrait of your model! It doesn't matter how well drawn. It could be a scribbled little doodle, or a full-blown masterpiece. In fact, I have some examples of qualifications right here, provided to me by our pack artist." He turned and removed the fabric from the canvas, revealing multiple drawings of a Grimalkin. Some were absolutely stunning. One didn't even look like a drawing. But others... they were cute little doodle-like drawings, with one not even colored in. "The point is, it does not have to look good. It just has to have effort been put into it. I hope that, if you decide to do this, your models will like your art pieces!"
