Let us choose where Koda fishes

What it says on the tin. Right now Koda automatically fishes in the highest unlocked area. But since each area contains items specific/unique to that area, it would be highly beneficial of we could select in what region Koda fishes, so we can get the specific items we want. (anyone else sorely lacking greylings and rainbow greylings?)

Oh, yes please!

I'm still working on the "catch uncommon or better fish" achievement and none of the higher region uncommon ones seem to count for that, so it would help me out a lot to get to tell Koda to stick to the pond until that's done.
