I've Dug Myself into a Hole!
Hello? Hello! Anybody up there? Wait, is there someone up there?! Thank the Spirits someone stopped by! Here, down here! Oh I could lick you from snout to paw! Sorry, ahem, where are my manners? The name is Humberto Plum, archaeologist extraordinaire! Aster Lunarious Goodestboy Douglas-Ferdinand the third, preeminent—sigh. Why bother? He isn't here. Snobby McTwinkle Toes said that his research indicated an ancient lorwolf civilization existed in this exact spot! Being a voracious archaeologist for ancient Lorian knowledge, I immediately set off to see what I could discover! However, I was a bit overzealous in my...digging. And well, as you see, I seem to have dug myself into quite the hole! To make matters worse, as I was trying to climb out, I ended up knocking over an ancient pillar and pinning myself down here!
All this because I wanted to build an archaeological dig site so that I could freely teach my profession to eager lorwolves. No good deed goes unpunished! Is that thunder I hear?! Great Spirit Luana, why do you test me so?! Enough chit-chat. Please come back with some strong friends and help get me out of this hole before it fills up with the rainwater! I have found numerous trinkets and ancient bones that I would gladly share with you!
