Question about "combat loot"

I'm looking at the Lorwolf Wiki, the companion section, and each companion has combat loot listed. How is that possible? Where does the combat of e.g. a Goldsea Enderling occur? Or a Holiday Snowcat?

I know we can battle them in the Arena, but that yields no combat loot. I know we can fight them in the Gauntlet, but I am not sure whether that applies for each enemy. Only some enemies occur in the Campaign. Then...where else? Am I missing something? Is this just scraped data and we have no ability to fight them in such a manner yet?

gauntlet has drops. it's kinda like enemy encounters but by batches of five in increasing levels. also, we used to have boss encounters. there was a vespen for Goldsea, Keboko for murkwood, simburr for icerun, and... that bat thing? not the mem-something, for darkspine. there was a consumed holiday snowcat for the icerun seasonal and a consumed keboko for the murkwood seasonal, but I don't see the boss encounters for icerun anymore. I think it's mainly in gauntlet tho, cuz it rotates through all the companions.

@Renoisie I can still see all of the bosses in the Campaign except for the Simbur, so now I'm even more confused! Anyway, that aside, if the Gauntlet is supposed to be like that, the rewards should really be increased because I mostly get nothing from it except a small stack of Pebbles, with the occasional additional drop. I just don't think it's worth it, if it acted like the Campaign, then I would be thrilled to do it more, but as it stands now, there's essentially nothing to it.

maybe it's cuz i'm going mainly in NG+ rn. also the drops also depend on what level the enemy is I think. in addition to that gauntlet is more so pebbles and not so much loot. there's more and more as the level gets higgher

@Renoisie yeah I'm also playing on NG+! The boss encounters are really rare but they're not impossible, except for the Simbur, for whatever reason. I hope these encounters get expanded upon later

I would not rely on the Lorwolf Wiki for information, unfortunately. There is a lot of out of date information and some that I have no idea where it came from (maybe data scraping without validating it is accurately relevant or maybe from pre-launch gameplay that has since changed).

Yep, I agree! And it turns out that the information was obtained from the Beast Compendium. All of the Companions have this loot included on their page, now all I have to do is figure out whether this is just backend preparation for something in the future or if there is something else that I am missing. Maybe some event... I'll just have to wait and see.
