Golden Mining Equipment Recipe acquisition?

I cannot find any information as to how to get the recipes for the Gold Pick and Gold Wheel to use in mining. I was not able to find info in any of the guides or find the recipes themselves in the Flea Market. I also checked the Achievements pages in case they were a reward for reaching a certain tier for mining, but that appears to not be it as well. Where exactly are the recipes for those items found?

1) @lalierre should have spare gold stuff recipes. If not, you could just ask for some gold mining stuff from our community while you wait :3

It definitively took me some time to get all the gold recipes lol. They don’t show up often and they’re the most expensive. I’ll keep an eye out for them in my MM! If they show up I can grab one and sell it to you.
