@chinchilla Sierra sees that the Consumed Hydra is waning in strength. She charges the monster alongside her Alpine Deer companion. Pivoting before she enters the Hydra's reach, she whirls around, and with a mighty swing of her neck, she hurls her spear with incredible force. It strikes with a thunderous impact, nearly felling the monster!

6 Remaining! @Vanda Valo rushes to the battlefield, following the clamor of battle. He arrives just in time to see the single-headed Hydra fall back from a mighty blow of a spear. He desperately searches among the hunters for his leader, Vesper. Spotting her, he barks her name. She turns, wagging her tail to greet him, but behind her the Hydra rises up to strike. Fearing for her safety, Valo dashes in and pushes her aside as the Hydra's fanged maws snap down where she was standing. Another hunter lashes out in retaliation, striking down the hydra head. Two more heads begin to grow, but due to a toxic spore cloud from Valo's Basido companion, only a single Hydra head regrows!

@Starsong Illusion dashes through the mist, disappearing and reappearing, just like her Saddleback Swindler following close behind her. The Consumed Hydra, clearly on its last leg, thrashes out in all directions, hoping to take a lorwolf down with it. Easily dodging the monster's flurry of blows, Illusion nimbly evades and pounces down on the hydra. With a final swift strike, the monster is put to rest!
