So, the anniversary phoenix boss. I didn't get to partake in it, as I'd already taken part in the previous boss that same day, and I can't reactivate it. I can't reactivate any of the others either, and it's not in the list of reactivated bosses. that means all those in our guild who didn't get a chance to beat up the Phoenix won't get to beat up the reactivated Phoenix and get the rewards. speaking of that, we're still getting the claim rewards thing from bosses already defeated and claimed before.
Edit: it seems everything after Grouchy Quillara is unable to be reactivated
