Pack Lore

When Annari left her home in search of purpose she never though she would find her new home in Darkspine. Where the forest meets the rivers to the east, stood two towers. Hidden in the thick forest surrounded by shadows and darkness. One mostly a ruin, just a base with some walls and the second made out of stone large enough to house a full pack of wolves.

To Annari's surprise the intact tower was empty and seemed to have been that way for many years. Deciding to spend the night and head south in the morning, she quickly feel asleep.

That night she dreamed a dream that was far beyond her.

The two towers stood tall brilliantly shining with every rune Annari could have imagined. Darkness swirling as if protecting the towers. It gave off a warm feeling as if telling her to come closer. Small wolf pups seem to come from every corner of the Darkspine forest to take shelter in the two towers. "Where are these pups parents?" Annari though to herself.

After awaking something inside of Annari pulled her towards the ruin, although hesitant she moved one paw after another until she stood right outside the entrance. Inside was a nest, and inside the nest was a lonely pup gazing back at her. It looked weak and hungry.

Annari knew that she couldn't abandon it and called on her companion a Chiropta named Esp. Esp brought back food for the pup and gave Annari a better understanding of the land around them. They were not to far from the river and with Esp's help she could be warned of any danger.

It wasnt long until she meet Ornes, a pure white wolf like herself. At first he was guarded of the female who had wondered into the tower but warmed up to her as he saw that she and her companion were just trying to help the pup.

" The tower serves as a safe place for pups who have lost parents for one reason or another. The Enderlings guide and protect the pups until they make it here. I take care of them until they can take care of themselves." Ornes explained.
