Deer! A lot less things would try to eat me so it would be less stressful.

Both of these sound very risky. Since tigers are solitary though I would assume they're more confrontational with a run-in, so I would go with a lion and hope for the best.

Oh dang, that's a hard one. . . But I feel like understanding any spoken language would be the bigger advantage, and I'd be able to get to know so many more people and travel with far less anxiety, so that one!
