I think the current CAT token prices are fine. They are meant to be a Moonstone drain. It would be unfair at this point in time, to drop the price so drastically.

@Vissyn I'm not asking for them to dope it drastically just dope it down maybe 10-20ms so it would be easier for people to make more CA's and maybe lower some prices if they don't want to charge that much for one small ca and it would not hurt their moonstone count.

so, the base price for ca token would be 80-90ms
