[Event] last year's retired items are available, no lootbox

It has been mentioned several times in the news post on the front page, but I realised no one made an actual bug report. And since we're three weeks into this month-long event and nothing has been done about it, I figured making a report might be worth it.

Long story short: the items that were supposed to retire last year are available in this year's event shop. Both apparel and companions.

Considering retired was explained to be no longer available for outright purchase in the future (the whole reason the lootbox concept was introduced). But there's no lootbox in the shop AND it's not mentioned in the news post either. That seems inconsistent with April's Murkwood event and all information previously shared by staff.

Good call on the report. I've been loathe to make it, considering I wouldn't be mad if they decided to just let all the apparel/companions be available every year. ^^ But it would be nice to have it consistent, whichever choice they make!

And if we get caches, I'd love to buy some before the end of the event if they are added in time.

TBH, I was just quietly hoping they were rethinking the cache thing (the amount of tickets you have to spend for a random item is crazy), but I suppose it's better to be safe rather than sorry and report it.

I'd just like to know at this point that Someone is making a decision somewhere on the chain, or whether they are just going to let things decay on the backend as well. :/ I guess we'll find out if this is never addressed, which unfortunately would not surprise me.

The old apparel that is still available is the non-refiring apparel. They removed the epic set from last year and the two extra sets of companions as they were suppose to retire from being directly bought. You can now find those sets in the loot box at the bottom for 1k tickets
