As the pack peered into the sky, the Phoenix stammered and started to pulsate with a red glow, a yellow, a green like it was trying to change form…..

The colors began to pulsate faster... red.. yellow.. green... red, yellow, green... redyellowgre-- until suddenly the glowing light exploded around the phoenix and just as rapidly condensed to a single point: its eyes, now a stable, eerie, glowing green.
