It's an achievement for correctly guessing the monster's Weakness during a Monster Bounty. Monsters have a "Weakness" which is a set of 6 pre-selected synergies. To get an idea of what its weakness is, you should listen to Ashe's Warrior Advice that he gives during the bounty. The first person to successfully submit a wolf and companion combo that has the 6 pre-selected synergies will be declared the Heroic Hunter!

There has been only one Monster Bounty so far and XDragonfruitx was 1 synergy off from being the Heroic Hunter of that bounty.

Finally, all Heroic Hunters will be displayed in the Hall of Hunters to memorialize their achievement.
