It is an expression for looking unkempt or, you know, looking like a supposedly stereotypical, disheveled old ragged witch. Probably originates from those loud-mouthed Icerunners.
Anyways, where was I? Oh yes! So the Darkspine Seasonal just ended, and I found the most handsome guy. And he asked me out! But I—I don't know what to wear! Like should go more. Darkspine-themed or more cool spooooky like this burdened collar. Maybe if I wear this hood, then he can't see the bags under my eyes. Oh, oh, maybe he likes more fem, and I should do soft violets? Or more masc? I can be cool! I got this spear; I can go hunting with him. But I don't want to be seen like just one of the guys. UUuuuugggghhhhh! I just don't know! And I look like a total mess!
