About a day later, The Guide came back carrying another stocking, this time the Darkspine one. Instead of bounding along at her side, her piplin was instead nestled in between her ears, softly dozing away.
It was amazing how real the snake seemed, and how The Guide managed to get the fabric the baubles were hanging from to sparkle like that. Sticking out of the stocking was her wishlist, which read: I sincerely wish for a CAT token or two, along with 4 Gold Chains and 5 Fluorescent Gemstones for the Fluorescent Amulet. Aside from that, Merry Christmas, and Happy Howlidays.
