1- unlimited amount of dens or just more dens added to the game.
2- improvement to stud breeding, have a select all males button so instead of tapping yes for each dog one by one . You can tap the selection all dogs button to put all dogs as studs and at the same price at once.
3- breed den where you can breed you dogs and when there offspring in then breed den they will automatically be up for sell. So you can have fun breeding your own dogs still.
4- add new dog breeds to the game, a wolfdog, hellhound, an more.
