little help for custom apparels?

so i tried uploading a custom apparel from kreska

i tried i think both png and psd, but it wouldn't upload

there were no error messages of any sort, and i think i followed all the guidelines

it was just a simple glow design put behind the ears, paws, and tail

does it have to be in front?

(yes,i added all the other necessary requirements such as themes, locations, name and description. the file is also 3000x2400, and i used proper grammar (despite me typing like this here)

if there's anyone who's made a custom apparel and can help, please do! ^^

I think some files just aren't supported. I don't know which types are though, i'm not reading through the whole guideline a third time until I have my own crisis

i tried like jpg, png, and psd types, and i also searched it up and said psd should work. idk maybe it's a bug for me

nvm i checked and apparently png is the type

edit: i figured it out, it just didn't like me when i uploaded the wolf with the apparel, probably because it "covers more than 80%"

did you download the wolf templates to draw on a different layer? if this is your first time the layer with the wolf pose has to be either hidden or gone.

yeah i think i figured it out, i hid the wolf template cause i always use like 50 layers when i draw-

i think i got it! idk if i'll sell it, maybe one or two cause it looks REAAAALLY bad and it only supports a male zerda- cough

but yeah! thanks for helping ^^
