Change Seasonal Activities (Temp for Campaign Error)

Hey @JimJim I’m sure you’re still trying to figure out what’s bricking some of us from accessing campaign. Maybe we could get a temporary modification to the Seasonal Activities so those of us affected can still participate in the Goldsea Seasonal via Arena?

There are currently two tiers of Explore Goldsea, Defeat Enemies in Goldsea, and Defeat Goldsea Bosses, making it so all 6 activities can be blocked by inaccessible campaign requirements. If we reduced that to just one of the tiers for now, they would still be uncompletable but we could at least not get fully locked out of seasonal activities 🥺 Alternatively some way to toggle the campaign activities off entirely would be handy, though I imagine harder to implement as a bandaid solution 🤔

Even reducing two of them down so there would at least always be the possibility of 2 Arena based activities would be deeply appreciated! (ㅅ´ ˘ `)

Moment of truth I guess to see how reactive & attentive the users can expect JJ to be. :P

A workaround would be appreciated for people having this problem. I can't imagine what causes it or why it hasn't affected me or my buddies, but I can imagine it would be very stressful to experience right now lol. At least there's no new art this year to miss, but that doesn't really make people feel that much better to miss the MS that would help a lot of folks expand their dens. ):

Guys please keep your other complaints elsewhere when they aren’t relevant 😊 esp when jimjim has been attempting to fix this specific campaign bug and it seems to be a very niche issue that is hard to fix, the caps aren’t a bug and are intended and have been adjusted at least once already, and it hasn’t been two full months yet so idk why you’d expect the next big update immediately anyway. There are other threads already to gripe again about those things if you feel you have to, this thread is just to suggest a workaround in the meantime.

The stuff promised two months ago was told to us that it would take a few months. We have one developer working on this game. Certain people in this community already made the lead artist quit for all the salt and hate, do we want our sole developer to just shut down the game because we can't be appreciative of the time it takes to fix bugs and create features with programming? Programming is not an easy job, and fixing bugs is no small task. Creating features is no small task. We get to play this game for free if we want to, and there is no right to push people around who provide it free for us. Complaining does not make people want to engage with us, it makes people want to avoid us and withdraw, and this has already happened here. Try a little patience and kindness, that is far more motivating for creators than salting them. I'm not talking to everyone in this thread, most of the people here have been respectful with this request.
