what is NG+?

so i was exploring in campaign when i saw this?

i think it's new cuz i haven't seen it yet, but i don't really understand what it does

does it reset like all our campaigns? like all the quests and areas? if it does i REALLY don't want to grind again...

i think i figured it out? i think just click on the dropdown and it just saves another file. kinda neat ngl cuz i forgot moonwater existed XD
