[Forums] Merge Raffles with Usermade Events

I don’t see a reason why raffles and giveaways shouldn’t be categorized under different forum topics. Usermade events could be considered raffling in some contexts, and plus it muddies up the auctions chat to the point where even if that subject is a wasteland, it still looks disorderly.

I always found it a bit concerning that usermade events aren't in the same category with raffles (raffles ARE usermade after all!) and are with auctions instead, even though both have users giving pebbles,moonstones,etc (sometimes) to get a certain prize, they are both still different. If usermade events were paired up with auctions because a user made it then what's stopping raffles from being the same?? Or any other user made topic??(sales,trades,etc)

support! Auctions just don't mesh with raffles, raffles make sense in the usermade events and giveaways forum, auctions are more akin to flatsales and offer threads if anything at all (though I want auctions to have a dedicated forum, just making a point)

100% agree, I was looking at that just the other week, thinking it odd that auctions and raffles were grouped together, instead of giveaways and raffles.

I half support. User Giveaways will not get the same traffic as the Auctions and Raffles do. I can have a thread in Auctions and raffles going for a full month with minimal effort, so it gets seen more, and a better chance for people to jump in if they wish. I could have a thread in user made events and have to keep bumping it, and don't get as many people seeing it. Technically, with a raffle, a person also has the chance to profit, compared to a give away.

Additionally, it's difficult for Users to post the right things in the right forums as is, so I'm not so sure a change would be helpful.
