I think people using scripts to bot campaign has gotten even worse. I know CAPTCHAs are annoying but I think it's a worthy trade off to ensure that the system can't be easily abused. Not having a basic security like this in place devalues the effort of wild wolf hunters that have put hundreds of hours into actually grinding campaign.
I don't know anything about coding or how other sites like Flight Rising have it set up but-1 CAPTCHA per 30-60mins would be ideal or maybe every 5 wild wolf encounters? If I do a focused grind for one hour that usually gets me between 10-20 encounters so I think entering a CAPTCHA every time would be a lot but heck, at this point I'd even be happier with that then letting the bots continue to roam free.
Editing in an addition in response to some feedback: I dislike CAPTCHAs as much as the next person but there's a reason they exist-to help stop or at least limit cheaters. A necessary evil, if you will. I think having staff devote time to policing isn't as realistic of an ask as setting up a CAPTCHA. It would be easier/more cost effective (I imagine) for them and so I would rather ask for something I'm more likely to get.
