Inspired by Flight Rising's Lore Whining Days, sometimes it takes a little extra push to get some words down on paper. The purpose of Writing Wolvesday is to help encourage us all to try and get just a few more keystrokes in on whatever it is we are supposed to be working on, whether that be a wolf's profile, a roleplay we are a part of, or a story. We will be gathering every Wednesday to lament the difficulties of sitting down and actually stringing words together and / or seizing the sudden inspiration that strikes us fancy.

Everyone is free to participate in Writing Wolvesday! Even if you don't want to post your writing, come chat with us about the woes of the written word.

A little late today, got distracted by Darkspine, as I am sure that many of you have as well. What are people hoping to work on this week? I know there is the user-run Plentiful Profiles going on, are people planning on participating?

I'm trying to figure out which wolf to write about. I haven't had much inspiration in that department lately. Maybe an existing character in my lore needs an expansion. A practice in writing less because I want to to and more because I want to expand on lore. hmmm

I have so many thoughts bouncing around, but I haven't had much time to sit down and write. I have some wolves that I've newly gotten dressed and named! For example, the two Dires below are a pair of nearly identical twins that I got to do the Trials! General vibes I have for them is that because they are always dealing with the Consumed, there's some... effects that have transferred to them as well. What that means, I'm not fully sure, but there's something there, I can feel it...

Yes, I did! Well, perhaps that's the way we have to do it, writing them out rather than just copy pasting...

Also participating in the Plentiful Profiles thing! Once I choose a wolf...

Can't decide whether I should continue the story I already have from the last one, albeit from a different perspective, delve into a different world entirely for setup, or foreshadowing.
